Career of Geeta Phogat

After winning a gold medal at the Commonwealth Wrestling Championship held in Jalandhar, Punjab, she participated in the Commonwealth Games held in New Delhi and also won a gold there. At the summer Olympics 2012, she had to satisfy only with a bronze. She also won a bronze in 2012 World Wrestling Championships held in Canada. She won a silver at 2013 Commonwealth Wrestling Championships held in Johannesburg, South Africa.
