About At Tin Mosque
At-Tin Mosque is a popular mosque located in East Jakarta. The construction of the mosque started in 1997 and after two years it was open to the public. It was built on the request of President Soeharto as a tribute to his late wife Tien Soeharto. The mosque has the capacity to sit 9000 worshippers at a time. It could be visited between 9:00 am to 10:00 pm from Saturday to Thursday. On Friday the opening timings are 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm.

As the mosque is situated inside Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, you have to reach there first to go to the mosque. There are many options to reach TMII.
Bus
If you are going there by bus then the Transjakarta bus of route number 7 D TMII-Cawang UKI is suitable for you as it leaves you at the front gate of the park.

If you want to visit using your own vehicle then you have to pay extra money like Rupiah 1000 for a bike, Rupiah 10000 for a motorbike while Rupiah 15000 for a car alongside tickets to enter the park.
