Career of Kumar Vishwas

His political career started when he joined the Anti-Corruption movement led by Anna Hazare. He joined AAP after the movement. He participated in the Lok Sabha election in 2014 and compete against Rahul Gandhi but lost. As a poet, he wrote several wonderful poems. His poetry credits include Ek Pagli Ladki Ke Bin, Hai Naman Unko, and Apne Apne Ram.

Vishwas served as a lecturer in Indra Gandhi PG College in Rajasthan. Also taught Hindi at Lala Lajpat Rai College.
The politician was a part of the India Against Corruption movement started by Anna Hazare. He eventually joined AAP led by Arvind Kejriwal.

A copyright infringement case was filed against him by actor Amitabh Bachchan for using a poem of his father Harivansh Rai Bachchan for Kumar's YouTube video. The video was taken down and he paid a compensation of 32 INR.
Once again he got media attention when he was sued by Amritsar-based advocate, NPS Hira who alleged him for cracking disrespectful jokes on the Sikh community in March 2019. He was asked to visit Sri Akal Takht Sahib and apologize.
He surprised the Delhi public with his claim accusing Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of supporting the Khalistan movement. He alleged that Arvind Kejriwal wants power at any cost. Even Vishwas claimed that Arvind Kejriwal said to him that by supporting this movement he will either become Chief Minister of Punjab or Prime Minister of the newly formed country(Khalistan.)
