She participated in her first big game Commonwealth Wrestling Championship in 2009. The Indian wrestler rose to worldwide fame after securing a gold medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. She also bagged silver medals at the 2018 Commonwealth Games as well as 2010 Commonwealth Games. Ashe has also won a bronze medal at the 2012 World Wrestling Championships.
