Career of Alistair Brownlee
He started his career as fell and cross country runner as a junior. After finding success there he decided to take triathlon seriously and moved to the University of Leeds to focus on the game. He ran on behalf of Great Britain at the 2008 Summer Olympics which was his debut in triathlon. He finished at the twelfth place. He won gold medals in the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games.
