Career of Kumar Vishwas

His political career started when he joined the Anti-Corruption movement led by Anna Hazare. He joined AAP after the movement. He participated in the Lok Sabha election in 2014 and compete against Rahul Gandhi but lost. As a poet, he wrote several wonderful poems. His poetry credits include Ek Pagli Ladki Ke Bin, Hai Naman Unko, and Apne Apne Ram.

Once again he got media attention when he was sued by Amritsar-based advocate, NPS Hira who alleged him for cracking disrespectful jokes on the Sikh community in March 2019. He was asked to visit Sri Akal Takht Sahib and apologize.
He surprised the Delhi public with his claim accusing Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of supporting the Khalistan movement. He alleged that Arvind Kejriwal wants power at any cost.
