Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore who has given national anthem to India. He was a poet, prose writer, painter and also played a vital role in the independence fight of India.

Career of Rabindranath Tagore
He started writing poems at the age of eight. He was sixteen when he released his first substantial poems Bhnusiha. His first collection of short stories was published in 1877 under his name. He played a vital role in the fight for independence through his poetry, paintings, hundreds of texts and many more. Some of his best-known works are Gitanjali, Gora, and Ghare-Baire.
