The Filipino retired basketball player plays on Power forward started playing basketball from his high school. He gained recognition by his hard work in basketball court throughout the zonal competitions. His college career began in 2002 where he won Rookie of the year award. Santos made his debut in Philippine Basketball League in 2003. He started his coaching career since 2017 with FEU Tamaraws.
