American Singer and Actress Sasha Sierra Allen was born on June 4, 1982, in Harlem, New York, U.S. Her maternal grandmother was the first African who attended Juilliard School of Music. She took education in LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts. She was the semi-finalist in the fourth season of The Voice. She was just 14 when she has done a starring role in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Whistle Down the Wind. Her failure of the records such as Elektra Records and Arista Records caused her to shift towards acting.

She started her career when she was a teenager, at the age of 14 she appeared in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Whistle Down the Wind and also performed commercial with Michael Jordan. When she was 17 she signed Elektra Records with the producers Warryn Campbell (Mary Mary, Kanye West) and J. Moss (Karen Clark Sheard, Kiki Sheard).
