Dave is widely recognized for being the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Gwar. In the band, he performed as Oderus Urungus. Gwar's debut album came out in 1998 titled Hell-O. Diarrhea of a Madman is the first album of the band David Brokie Experience, which was released in 2001.
