She joined the band named "Crisp" in the 1990s to began her career. The band disbanded in 1997. After which she released her first studio album "OnlySee." Her second album "Healing is Difficult" and the third album "Colour the Small One" were released in 2001 and 2004 respectively. In 2008, she released her fourth studio album "Some People Have Real Problems" and her fifth studio album "We Are Born" was released in 2010. Other albums like 1000 Forms of Fear, This Is Acting, and Everyday Is Christmas, single "Chandelier" are also some of her credits.
