Career of Michael Sheen

After taking acting lessons at RADA, he started working in theatres. He made his acting debut with "When She Danced" at the Globe Theatre. He played the titular character in the five-act play "Peer Gynt". In films, his first lead role was in the road movie "Heartlands". He played a starring role of the television broadcaster David Frost in the play "Frost/Nixon" and reprised the role in its film version.
