He appeared in two films in 1996 Childhood's End and I'm Not Rappaport. He performed in For Richer or Poorer in 1997 in which he played the role of Sammy Yoder. In the next year, he was Young Tom in the movie River Red. He appeared in two films as Nick at 7 in Music of the Heart and again he was Nick in Baby Huey's Great Easter Adventure. His two films were released in 2000 Almost Famous as Young William and The Brainiacs.com as Matt Tyler.
He was Philip in 'Little Secrets' and was Austin in 'The New Kid' both released in 2002. He appeared in 'Seabiscuit' as Young Red Pollard in 2003. He was Will Stronghold in Sky High and was Sid in Lords of Dogtown in 2005. He appeared in The Bondage as Charlie in 2006. In the next year, his four films were released The Final Season as Mitch Akers, Man in the Chair as Cameron, Snow Angels as Arthur, and Black Irish as Cole. He appeared in the film The Forbidden Kingdom as Jason Tripitikas in 2008. He was Benjamin Purvis in Gentlemen Broncos in 2009.
