Somerset House is a huge mansion located in central London. It is situated on the bank of the River Thames in the east of Waterloo Bridge. The house was constructed in the 18th century. The building was designed in Neoclassical style by Sir William Chambers belonging to the Duke of Somerset. It is situated in between the City of London and the Palace of Westminster. It is open for public visits from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm all days of the week.
