The 300 Kim Ma house is an abundant house located in Vietnam. The house is popular for its reputation of being haunted. It was a Bulgarian embassy that left the place in 1982. It is said that the Bulgarians had paid rent fifty years in advance, without knowing the fact that the house was built on an old graveyard. At the time, the building was made, the Hanoians were asked to move the graves but they said don’t move graves just build the surrounding house.

Some Lesser Known Facts About 300 Kim Ma
- It is said that sleeping quarters which located in the basement of the embassy was the most haunted place. Some people said that beds stand vertically on their own and weird noises were heard by the residents.
- Some people stated that they heard a weeping child at the time of rain and no one was found when discovered. Also, some of them heard the sound of a broom sweeping in the late night hours. Tables and chairs were stacked outside in the mornings, however, everyone in the embassy were sleeping.
- One Christmas night, a Bulgarian secretary went to investigate strange noises and got paralysed inexplicably. Also, it is said when two explorers entered the building, they both died in an accident soon after they came out of the building.
- Though there are many tales of ghost in the building, but a female worker explained the fact of other side. She said that she saw many people trying to get inside the house just to end their curiosity. Sometimes, the groups enter the house screaming, filming and heating fire in the rooms. It is quite often that they got afraid of their own echo or encountering with some other group like themselves. You can estimate how the strange noises come from the house.
