His career began when he joined an indie rock band named the Northern Hues. The group released a self-titled EP and one live track in 2005. He joined hands with Brian Wecht to create the duo Ninja S*x Party. The duo gained immense love from the audience. He created another band called Starbomb with Wecht and Hanson in 2013. His rock band Shadow Academy was created in late 2021 with musician Jim Roach which released its first album in April 2022.
