Charlene Amoia was born in Buffalo New York. She was raised in Buffalo but shifted to Las Vegas, when she was fifteen but due to her passion of acting she left Las Vegas and move to Los Angeles in search of work and to make her name as an actor.
Career of Charlene Amoia
She starts her career as a model of a shoe before starting working in a soap opera series "Port Charles" and on the basis of her work in that series she gets more work in various other series like Joey, Girlfriends, 90210.
She got fame with her work in the series How I Met Your Mother as Wendy. She appeared as Nurse Katie in a daily soap Days of Our Lives and she was Bailey on Glee and in Switched at Birth, her character was Diana Cotto. She was a teacher in 90210 series and the name of her character was Miss Wells.
Her recent work could be seen in the episode "Great Again" of American Horror Story, She gave her guest appearance in the episode "Breaking Brig" of NCIS: New Orleans as Carly Dawson and was Kelly Press on Major Crimes. Also, she had worked in season 14 of Grey's Anatomy as Dr. Kate Lachman.
