She is an American actress and model, born on 23rd December 1979, in Fountain Valley, California, USA. She was so fond of playing volleyball since her childhood. Once even she was selected for a Women's Volleyball team, in which she became the out hitter. She went to the Fountain Valley high school, from where she completed her schooling and San Diego State University where she played volleyball with women's team. In 1995 she won the competition of cover girl, after which she started her career as an actor. She went to Valley Fountain high school, from where she received her graduate degree with scoring 3.85 GPA. She has one elder sister, Kari.

Prior to start her career as an actress she started her career in modeling. She also took part in the YM magazine cover girl competition in 1995 which she won and decided to pursue her career in modeling. In 1979 she became Miss USA, after Summer Bartholomew. She had done work with Playboy Playmate team, in 2000 August, she became the Playboy Playmate of the Month. In 2002 she became the 102 sexiest women in the world, and in the same year she became 27 in Maxim Magazine's "Hot 100 of 2002". She had done several movies and still doing.
