Katharine McPhee was a contestant in the fifth season of American Idol which gained her fame. She debuted in studio acting with The House Bunny as Harmony, before that she did a cameo role in Crazy as a Paramount Girl in 2007. Her debut album was Katharine McPhee released in 2007. She has made a guest appearance in few TV series including Ugly Betty as herself in the episode "I'm Coming Out", in CSI: NY as Odessa Shaw / Dana Melton and few other.
