John Amplas is a most famous American actor. He was born on June 23, 1949, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is a father of one son named as Harry. From past eighteen years, he was teaching the acting classes at point park college. He has so many nicknames like someone calls him Amplas and some people calls him John. He is not only known for his acting but he is also a good director and a casting director.

He starts his career with the director George A. Romero and they together made his first film in 1978 named as Martin in which he plays the title role. He has appeared in many movies which have been directed by Romero some of the movies are like Creep show (1982), Day of the Dead (1985), Knight riders (1981), Dawn of the Dead (1978) and so on.
