Eric Andre is an actor who had worked in television as well as in films playing comic characters and he is also a writer of The Eric Andre Show on Adult Swim. Prior to taking BFA degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, he had graduated from Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida in 2001.

He is a host and creator of a talk show which involves pranks, shock humor, sketches, and celebrity interviews. The show is named on his name The Eric Andre Show and is telecast on Cartoon Network's late night programming block Adult Swim. He was Man #4 in the film The Invention of Lying which was released in 2009. And was a Passenger on Short film Thin Skin it was released in 2010. His character was Buzz in the film Should've Been Romeo in 2012. In 2013, he performed in the film The Internship as Sid. He acted in Flock of Dudes in 2015 as Mook. In 2016, he appeared in Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping as Dreadlocked CMZ Reporter. His recent performance was in the film Rough Night as Jake. Currently, he is working in the voice role of Azizi in The Lion King.

In 2009, he had worked in 2 episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm as Set P.A.and in the following year, he was seen in the episode "The 21-Second Excitation" of The Big Bang Theory as Joey. In 2011, he had worked in the episode "Skate Troopers" of Zeke and Luther as Zorn, in the episode "Elka's Wedding" of Hot in Cleveland as Jeff and in the episode "Excessive Gass" of Fact Checkers Unit as Mirage, also worked in telefilm Level Up as Max Ross.
He had performed Mark Reynolds for 22 episodes of comedy series Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23. He was Deacon "Deke" Bromberg in the 8 episodes of 2 Broke Girls in the year 2013-2014. Also in 2014, he had done many voice roles for 2 episodes of Lucas Bros. Moving Co.and in Comedy Bang! Bang!.
