Atharvaa is an film actor who work in Tamil Cinema. With Baana Kaathadi (2010) movie he made his first appearance. Just after his schooling he pursue his career in acting. He also start getting training classes under the stunt choreographers. He is the owner of a production studio named Kickass Entertainment and under his production a movie was directed by Badri Venkatesh in which he work as an actor. To play a rural person person role in his first he live i slum area for 40 days and also learn to fly kite in their Gujarat Kite Festival.

He was born on 7 May 1989. His father is Murali(film actor) and mother Shobha. He has one elder sister and one younger brother,. He completed his studies from Sathyabama University. His great grandfather was a film director name Siddalingaiah.

In 2009 he gave his first appearance with movie 'Baana Kaathadi' whose offer was given by his own father and produced by Sathya Jyothi Films and directed by Badri Venkatesh. Later he done the movie 'Muppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal' in whch he play a role of youngster suffering from hallunication. Under the direction of Bala he did hs most successful movie named 'Paradesi' for which he won many awards. He also have his own production house.

For his first movie he got the Filmfare Award for Best Actor in Tamil.
