A few days back a video surfaced on social media which made every Indian shocked. A girl who had painted a tricolor on her face was denied entry at
Golden Temple, Amritsar by a man who said to her
“This is Punjab Not India.”
The video went viral, leading to many questions in the mind of everyone who viewed it. Many people asked that if Punjab is not the part of India? Whether the man is a Khalistan supporter? Or if he is linked with Wanted Khalistani Activist like Gurpatwant Singh Pannu and Amritpal Singh? The matter was really serious as it is connected to an important part of India. The words also related to the safety and integrity of India. There was also news that Terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu announced a prize of INR 5 Lakh to the person who denied the girl to enter the Gurudwara.
However, a few days after, the man himself made the video and clarified that he denied the entry as the girl was wearing a skirt and this type of dress code is not allowed in Gurudwara. Every person who enters a Gurudwara covers his or her head, and how can he allow the girl wearing a skirt to enter the premises. The video was edited and was presented to make the matter sensitive.
The matter became complicated day by day and also girl's father posted a video and alleged the person that he denied the entry only on the fact that she had painted an Indian flag on her face and the restriction was only due to Indian flag neither for dress nor for Tobacco. He also said that she was allowed after she removed the Indian flag from her face.
What do you think about the matter? Whether tri-color is painted only for a cricket match or on Independence Day? Write about your opinion as the matter is related to respect of our tricolor and is also respect of a religion.
