BabyMonster is a South Korean girl group which is set to make its debut in 2023. Expectations from the group is very high as popular YG Entertainment who has already introduced groups like BlackPink and 2NE1 is launching this group. The members were selected by YG Entertainment after thousands of audition in early 2020. The group has already made a huge public image with a short video which earned over 15 million views in just three days of its posting. The group soon make its debut and will reign on the hearts of K-pop lovers.

The group consisted of seven members. Each member is unique in her own way. Let's meet the cast:
Ruka is a dancer and rapper in the group. She is known for being the first female Japanese idols to be represented by YG Entertainment. She is fluent in Japanese, Korean, and English. Ruka already has experience of working at Shibu3 Project Japanese girl group.

Pharita is the sixth member officially shown by the group. She is a native of Thailand, which made her third Thai idol by YG Entertainment after Lisa and Chiquita. Pharita is a clean freak and doesn’t like sand and beaches, which makes her dirty. She is fluent in Thai and English. She worked as a model and participated in Idol Paradise before joining the group.

Asa is introduced as the fourth member of the group and is affectionately called as group’s ace. She is also one among the first Japanese females to be represented by YG Entertainment alongside fellow group member Ruka. Asa is known for her high-pitched laugh among the group. She has a little knowledge of English while being fluent in Japanese and Korean.

Ahyeon is the vocalist, rapper, and dancer of BabyMonster. She was born in Toegye-dong, Chuncheon, Gangwon-do, South Korea on April 11, 2007. She trained at YG Entertainment for 4 years. Furthermore, she is fluent in Chinese and English which she is learning from a very small age alongside her native language Korean. Ahyeon is also good in academics, alongside being a strong all-rounder of the group.

Haram is the first member of the group. She is a Korean native born on October 17, 2007. She worked as a child model since she was just two years old. Haram is a vocalist, rapper, and dancer in the group and trained at YG for four years. She is a good problem solver and can practice for 9–10 hours a day.

Rora is a vocalist and dancer of the group and can also play the piano. She was born on August 14, 2008. Furthermore, she was a part of U.SSO Girl before joining YG. Rora can speak a bit of Chinese, while being fluent in English and Korean. She was the youngest member before Chequita joined the group. She learned proper dancing after joining YG and improved the most in the past two years.

Chiquita is the youngest member of the group. She is a Thai native and was born on February 17, 2009, in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. After Blackpink’s Lisa, she and Pharita became the second and third Thai Idol to be represented by YG Entertaiment. She loves eating chocolate ice-cream. Chequita was a part of RedRose cover group before joining YG.
