Aki Aleong is a writer, singer, actor, active and producer in America, born on 19 December 1934 in Trinidad and Tobago. In his 60 years career span, he won several awards as Best Western Film Award and making a different award for his film 'I Am Somebody: No Chance in Hell' in the year 2010. Started his career in 'Teahouse of the August Moon' with Broadway.

He served as Executive Director of Asians In Media, vice president of Media Action Network for Asian-Americans. He was honored with the Doctorate from Dimension University in 2013. Aki Aleong performed in more than 50 movies and about 150 TV shows. Aki was record executive producer as well as an artist. He was a board member in the US Chine Aids Foundation and for 2007-2008 Asian American Teen, he was a judge. Aki gave a pop hit with 'Trade Winds, Trade Winds'.
