She ventured into the entertainment industry at the age of seven and appeared in the film Pulgarcito After which she worked as a voice actress in the sitcoms like The Addams Family, The Munster, and Estafa de Amor. She gained popularity with her character La Chilindrina in the sitcom "El Chavo del Ocho." She appeared as the lead in the television series "Aquí está la Chilindrina". She also worked in the television series "Dame Chocolate" portraying Amado, an elderly aunt.
