In the 80s he worked in "Tom Arnold and the Goldfish Review." And also written television sitcom, Roseanne. He had a starring role in The Jackie Thomas Show in 1992. He and his wife Roseanne Barr both appeared in the movie The Woman Who Loved Elvis in 1993. He appeared in Season 2 in episode 8 of Baywatch Hawaii in 2000. He hosted The Best Damn Sports Show Period from 2001 to 2005. He had a leading role in Happy Endings and also starred in The Kid & I in 2005. He was the host of CMT show My Big Redneck Wedding from 2008 to 2011 and also presented CMT show My Big Redneck Wedding. He appeared as a celebrity contestant on the Australian edition of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! in January 2017.
