Career of Scott Aukerman
He started performing in a radio show called Lutz Radio in his college time. In 1995, he with his friend Porter started performing in The Comedy Store in Los Angeles. Bob Odenkirk saw their performance and assign them to write for and occasionally perform on Mr. Show. He and his friend also write Run Ronnie Run! and the first draft of the Tenacious D film. In 2009, they wrote a pilot script for NBC, titled Privates and also co-wrote a pilot for Comedy Central, The New Andy Dick Show. In the following year, he had written a script for a feature film for Fox and also co-written a television pilot for Fox. Aukerman and Porter show Comedy Death-Ray was also very successful and in 2011 it was renamed as Comedy Bang! Bang!
