Buddy entered the entertainment world in 1950 with the short project King of the Pins. His first feature film was Walking My Baby Back Home, released in 1953. His film credits also include The Love Bug, Jack Frost, Paulie and more. He was widely noted for his work as Marcellus Washburn in The Music Man (1962). His role as Benjy Benjamin in It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963) was also much appreciated by the audience. He is famous for being the voice of Scuttle in The Little Mermaid (1989) as well.
