Only his name is enough to define the dignity of Amitabh Bachchan in Hindi Film industry. He is also known as Angry Young man, Shahenshah of Bollywood, Star of the Millennium. He is very gentle and full of tear if anyone talks about his late father Harivansh Rai Bachchan.
Career of Amitabh Bachchan
He did not get much success in his initial career. When he was thirty, he only had two hits and twelve flop films. His film Zanjeer gave him a big rise and a new persona of the "angry young man" of Bollywood cinema. After that, there was a series of hits including Deewaar, Sholay, Abhimaan, Namak Haraam. He started his own production company Amitabh Bachchan Corporation, Ltd. (ABCL) in 1996 which produces the films like Tere Mere Sapne, Mrityudata.
He lost millions while sponsoring 1996 Miss World beauty pageant, Bangalore. It was a big loss even he had mortgage his bungalow to raise funds for his company. To recover all this loss he revived his acting career and acted in films like Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Sooryavansham, Lal Baadshah and Hindustan Ki Kasam. He also worked in television game show Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) in this period. The show broke many TRP Records.
He acted as a son of his own son Abhishek Bachchan in the movie Paa. His recent work could be seen in the movies like Pink, Piku. His film Ram Gopal Varma's Sarkar 3 is to be released in November 2018.

- He is a patient of asthma and also suffering from a rare disease of muscle called myasthenia gravis.
