Career of F. Lee Bailey

In his starting career, he successfully argued before the U.S. Supreme Court for his client Sam Sheppard who was found guilty for the murder of his wife. He won a retrial. The case established his reputation. After that, he got many high-profile cases including Carl A. Coppolino, George Edgerly, and more. He was disbarred in 2001. Maine Board denied his law license in 2014.
