About Nummela Sanatorium
Nummela Sanatorium is a building of an abundant hospital. It was a Tuberculosis sanatorium that was opened in 1903. The building was designed by Magnus Schjerfbeck in Art Nouveau-styled. It was shut down in 1932 and the thereafter mental hospital took its place. The hospital was closed in 1989. The outsiders are not allowed to enter the premises.
