About Jakarta Planetarium and Observatory
Jakarta Planetarium and Observatory as the name suggests is a planetarium located in Jakarta, Indonesia. It was founded in November of 1968. The planetarium and observatory are a part of the Taman Ismail Marzuki art and science complex. It could be visited anytime between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm from Tuesday to Sunday. It remains closed on Monday. An adult has to pay an amount of 7500 Rupiah and for Kids, the ticket price is 3000 Rupiah per show, but the entry is limited only 300 tickets are sold for a show.

How To Reach Jakarta Planetarium and Observatory
As the planetarium is a part of Ismail Marzuki's art and science complex, therefore, you have to reach there first to arrive at the site. You have to reach Hatta International Airport if you are going there by air and can hire a taxi towards the place. Going there by train is also another option and the nearby train station is Jakarta Kota station from there a 21-minute walk at Pangeran Jayakarta Street takes you to the place. If you prefer the bus then you to get off at Grogol Bus Station and take a walk at Kebon Sinh Street for 17 minutes to reach the destination.
