NTR Gardens is a park located adjacent to the famous Hussain Sagar lake in Hyderabad city of Telangana, India. The park is spread in an area of 55 acres. Its construction started in 1999 and was opened for the general public in late 2001. It receives over twenty-five thousand visitors in a year. The park is maintained by the Buddha Purnima Project Authority under the direction of the state government. It is located close to popular tourist attractions like Birla Mandir, Snow World , Lumbini Park, and Hussain Sagar so could be added to the list of visiting the place during a trip to these places. The park opens every morning at nine and closes at nine in the evening however one weekend it remains open until ten.
