The Royal Crescent is one the greatest architecture in United kingdom located in Bath city England. It was designed by the famous architect John Wood, the younger during 1767 and 1774. It consists of 30 terraced housed joined together in an arch shape called crescent. This crescent is around 500m long and has around 114 columns on the first floor in a palladian style.

Earlier the Royal Crescent was simply known as "The Crescent" but when Prince Frederick, Duke of York, and Albany had stayed there it became popular as Royal Crescent.
