Parmarth Niketan is a beautiful ashram located in Rishikesh. It was founded by Swami Shukhdevanandji Maharaj in 1942. It is the largest ashram in the city and has over 1000 rooms. In addition to the clean and sacred atmosphere, this ashram provides an experience of daily yoga, acupressure, and Reiki. The Ganga aarti and kirtan performed at the ashram attracts hundreds of visitors each day. The ashram could be visited between 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. The hotel room charges ranges from INR 500 to 200 depending upon the room type and service.
