About Bentara Budaya Jakarta
Bentara Budaya Jakarta is a popular cultural center situated in Central Jakarta of Indonesia. It features a museum and an art gallery. It was established in September 1982 by Jakob Oetama. It is a branch of Bentara Budaya controlled by Kompas Gramedia Group. You can visit the gallery anytime between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. It remains closed on Saturday and Sunday. No Entry fee is charged from the visitors to enter the gallery.

You can easily reach the gallery using public transports including buses, trains, and the metro.
Bus
If you are going there by bus then you have to take the bus on route number 9E. Some of the nearby bus stations are SMAN 24, Stasiun Palmerah, Pasar Palmerah, Graha Kemenpora, and Seberang SDN Palmerah 07. All of them are located within walking distance of the gallery.
Train
If you prefer a train ride then the Serpong Line train is best for you which will leave you at Palmerah or Karet station close to the destination.
Metro
Going there via metro is also an option to reach the center in which you have to get off at Senayan metro station.
