About Gereja Katerdral Jakarta
Gereja Katerdral Jakarta is a church located in Jakarta of Indonesia. The construction of the church started in 1891 while it was consecrated ten years later in April of 1901. It is a Gothic Revival building designed by the architect Antonius Dijkmans. It has three spires with a height of about 60 meters. The opening timings of the church are 6:00 am to 12:00 pm and in the evening 3:30 to 9:00 pm daily.
How To Reach Gereja Katerdral Jakarta
You can go there using bus number 3 and 5C. Bekasi Line train also takes you to the cathedral. Your bus will leave you at Masjid Istiqlal or at Lapangan Banteng 1 and after a 2 or 3-minute walk, you will be at the destination. If you are at Juanda Istiqlal then you have to walk for five minutes to reach the cathedral. Other nearby bus stations are Hotel Borobudur, and Lapangan Banteng 2. The cathedral is at 8-minute walking distance from Juanda train station and 20 minutes from Kemayoran.

- The church is also the seat of the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Jakarta. Ignatius Subaryo Hardjoatmodjo is currently holding the seat.
