Sydney Harbour Bridge is a through type arch bridge made of steel between the Sydney central business district and the north shore. The bridge carries rail, pedestrian, vehicular and rail. It was opened in March 1932 and constructed by Dorman Long & Co. The bridge is maintained by Roads and Maritime Services. The bridge has a total length of 1,149 meters.
