Mithlesh Bhati is an ASHA worker who lives in a village close to the village where Seema Haider lives with Sachin. As Seema Haider gained media attention after she was arrested on July 4 for illegally entering the boundaries of India. Seema entered India without proper documents via Nepal. She was in contact with Sachin Meena since 2019 who meet each other with an online game PUBG. When media people came to cover the love story of Seema and Sachin, they also asked questions about Seema's behavior from nearby people. At the same time, the lady gave her views about Seema and Sachin.
She said, "Kya Hai Sachin Mein. Lappu Sa Sachin Hai, Bolna va pe aave na, bola use jave na, Jhingur Sa Ladka usse pyaar karegi wo." Her video went viral and she was nicknamed as Lappu Sa Sachin Aunty and Jhingur Sa Ladka Aunty.

A defamation lawsuit was filed by Seema and Sachin’s advocate AP Singh, but the lady refused to applogize despite legal pressure. She also said in an interview that she used only local slang and did not intend for body-shaming Sachin.

In turn, she received support for many lawyers and local individuals who requested Indian government to further investigate about Seema Haider as they doubt her of being an ISI agent. They also criticized the lawsuit and call it a cheap publicity stunt. Bhati gained media attention after the case and called by several news channels to share her opinion. Her sister Geeta Bhati is concerned about Mithlesh's security, doubting Seema to be a well-trained ISI agent. She also claimed that there was hooting outside her house by the goons sent by Seema Haider.

Despite all this controversy, she has become an internet icon with the viral video with her phrases Lappu Sa Sachin and Jhingur Sa Ladka. Many popular YouTubers like CarryMinati and Yashraj Mukhate featured her in their videos.
