Popular Haryanvi Singer Raju Punjabi dies aged 40

Raju Punjabi who is known for the hit songs like Solid Body and Desi Desi died last night at a private hospital. According the sources, the singer was suffering with jaundice and was admitted in hospital since last ten days. Some days earlier, he was admitted in a hospital in Hissar where he was discharged after improvement in his health but again rushed to hospital when his health started deteriorating again. When he was readmitted in hospital singer D C Rock shared a post with a caption “Raju Come Back.”
Raju Punjabi is married and is a father of three daughters. His fans and family are in shock after hearing the news of his death. There is a large crowd gathered outside his home in Hissar.
The singer also gained popularity for his collab works with Sapna Chaudhary. His last song “Aapse Milke Yaara Humko Achha Laga” was released by him on August 12, just nine days before his death. The singer admitted, he had to spend two years to work on this song.
His last rites will be done on August 22 at around 3:00 pm at his paternal village Rawatsar District Hanumangarh at Khetrapal Temple.
