Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal’s Hera Pheri will include Sanjay Dutt in Third Installment

Hera Pheri film series always win viewers’ hearts. From saving granddaughter of business tycoon Devi Prasad in the first film to taking their money from Kabeera’s gang member, the film was full paisa wasool. The comedy of these films entertained all age-groups, with effective storyline and struggles of normal middle class three person who eventually becomes each other best friends and well-wishers.

Following the success of first two installments of the films, wait for the third such type of film started. In 2017, the filming was about to start when director of the film Neeraj Vora suffered a massive stroke and died. Once again the production of the film delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic. Finally the production of the film started and confirmation about Sanjay Dutt’s entry in the cast has been announced on March 6, 2023. Also, Suniel Shetty confirmed Sanjay Dutt’s casting in the film in an interview with Bombay Times and said he will add “ek aur chaand” with his sense of comedy.

Akshay Kumar May Not Appear in Third Installment

At first, it was rumors that Paresh Rawal and Akshay Kumar decided not to reprise the roles and John Abraham, Abhishek Bachchan and Nana Patekar will replace the third actors. In November 2022, the news spread that Akshay Kumar left the franchise due to creative differences. Kumar’s co-actor Paresh Rawal tweeted that Kartik Aaryan replace Kumar in the third film.

Reports stated that the third installment of the film will involve international scam and filming will be done at Abu Dhabi and Los Angeles. It is also in news that Arshad Warsi will appear in the film, whose collaboration with Sanjay Dutt already proved successful, and once again duo is ready to tickle the audience with their light comedy.
