What can one say about Eric Carmen? He is one of the most talented musicians I have ever seen. He definitely goes after what he wants. (Wish it could be me as I'm sure many women would like.) I would love to just be able to set down and converse with him. As I said before, he is very talented, he's smart, soft-spoken, which to me is very sexy and disgustingly romantic, (as he once said during an interview) I only wish I could have had the chance to meet him in person. By the way, Happy early Birthday Eric. You were born just one day after my late husband, the same year.

All I can say is listen to Go All The Way. He shows his incredible range- not just pitch range, but the ability to shift gears mid song seamlessly from ballad style to belt-it-out growly rock- much like McCartney's range, and doing it all in the same song. An incredible exciting command of a song.
