Music career

In his high school, he had made a team with Antwan "Big Boi" Patton and just after his graduation released their album Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik, in 1994. He performed in many remixes like "Walk It Out", "Throw Some D's", "You" and Jay-Z's "30 Something". He was also seen in John Legend's album Evolver. He performs in Ciara's remix for her single "Ride", from the album Basic Instinct in 2010 and also appeared in Chris Brown's "Deuces". He performed in Kesha's album "The Sleazy Remix" which was released on January 18, 2011. 4 was released on June 24, 2011, and it was his first collaboration with the singer Beyoncé. He had performed on the song "Pink Matter," of the album Channel Orange which was released on July 10, 2012. He had featured in a cover of the film The Great Gatsby whose soundtrack was released on May 6, 2013. And in the next month, he had performed in a song "Farrah Fawcett Hair" of the debut album, In a Tidal Wave of Mystery. He released his solo album in early 2014. He had performed in a song "Benz Friendz (Whatchutola)" of the album Honest. In 2016, he had worked on background vocals of his album The Life of Pablo. Acting career

He has worked in Families, The Shield, Be Cool, Revolver, Semi-Pro, and Four Brothers. He had also appeared in basketball comedy Semi-Pro. In 2007, he had a starring role in Battle in Seattle. He started filming a biographical film All Is By My Side in May 2012. In 2016, he had a recurring role in the second season of crime drama series American Crime.
