He started playing drums at regional competitions and festivals while still in high school. He joined a group named The Aquabats in the 1990s. The band released albums like The Fury of the Aquabats! In 1998, he joined Blink-182. The band's albums like Enema of the State made them overnight stars. He also collaborates with the groups like Transplants. His first solo album "Give the Drummer Some" was appreciated by the audience and raised his confidence.
