Sara Canning started her career in acting with a theater production 1984 at Citadel Theatre. She debuted on Television with Paparazzi Princess: The Paris Hilton Story which was a television film. Her first big screen film was Slap Shot 3: The Junior League as Hope. Her prominent role was as Anne Sluti in the television film Taken in Broad Daylight. She is also known for TV series The Vampire Diaries as Jenna Sommers and Movie Black Field released in 2009.
