17, 1918. She was married to Charles Mathieu in 1941 and separated from him after four years in 1945. She married
Jean Negulesco on 21 July 1946 and remained with him up to his death on 18 July 1993.
Career of Dusty Anderson
She was a model in the early stage of her career and got the first break with a minor role in 1944. The film was Cover Girl starring Rita Hayworth. The role was small but the production Columbia Pictures were impressed by her work and take her in their next eight films for secondary roles in three years.
She also appeared in United States Military's YANK magazine. In 1945, she works in film Tonight and Every Night and also in mystery film Crime Doctor's Warning. The film was based on Crime Doctors and her film The Phantom Thief in 1946 was also a crime series. She left acting when she married director Jean Negulesco and her last screen work was in her husband's films.
