American actress Andrea Anders was born in Madison, Wisconsin, the United States on May 10, 1975. She attended DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin and had a BFA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. After that, she took her MFA degree from Rutgers University.

She is an actress of both the stage and as well as in films and television.

Theatre

She started acting in 2001 on stage. First of all, she worked in the Broadway production of Proof as an understudy for Mary-Louise Parker. Her character was of Elaine Robinson in The Graduate. Some of her other works on the stage was in "On the Jump" at the Arena Stage, New Doors at the Guthrie Theater, and two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody. In 2007, she was Jeannie, an accountant in the production of Geffen Playhouse "Fat Pig".

She worked in One Life to Live as Elaine in 1998 and after a five-year break from films and television she appeared in Oz and performed for 5 episodes as Donna Degenhart. In the next year, her performance was seen in a Movie cameo The Stepford Wives as Heather. And in television pilot News To Me as Emma Leeds, also she had guest appeared in Tru Calling as Fake Chris Berensen/Kathy, in the same year she started acting in Joey and worked there for 46 episodes as lawyer Alex Garrett.
In 2005, she worked in Never Been Thawed as Christian Band Slut. She was an ex-football player's wife Nicole Allen for 19 episodes of The Class. In the next year, she performs a guest role in Numb3rs as Rena Vining and was a supporting actress Brandy in Sex Drive. In 2009, she started acting in Better Off Ted and had the lead role for 26 episodes as Linda Zwordling. Also, have a starring role in 13 episodes of Mr. Sunshine as Alice in 2011.
