He started his career with roles in small movies and commercial. He appeared in the films like in Satya and Dil Se. However, he gains popularity with the character Shukla in the sitcom "Office Office". His big screen notable role was in films Bunty Aur Babli and Apna Sapna Money Money. He played the character Bauji in the film Ankhon Dekhi which was highly appreciated.
