He ventured into the entertainment industry with small uncredited roles in the films like Run, Apaharan, and Omkara. He gained fame with his appearance in the film "Gangs of Wasseypur." He played the character Vardha Bhai in the film "ABCD: Any Body Can Dance." He also worked in the film "Angrezi Medium" appearing as Tony.
